The author James Cameron made this movie because of his inspiration from his fascination with shipwrecks. The Titanic movie is a love story interspersed with the human loss would be essential to convey the emotional impact of the disaster.
Titanic was the largest and most grand ship built uptil 20th century. Its maiden journey was from Southampton (England) to New York City (USA) through Atlantic Ocean wherein the number of passengers is 2200. Here it goes to the protagonist, a young man—Jack Dawson, a poor third-class artist and was able to board the ship only after winning tickets in a lucky game of poker against two Swedish men with tickets and playing with his friend, Fabrizio De Rossi. Upon wandering in the ship Jack bump to a girl and ask for her name and that is Rose DeWitt Bakater and who happened engaged to someone. Both Jack and Rose talks about how their life is and some kind of personal information, later on Jack figured out that Rose is force to a fix marriage and she is not happy about. Jack change the topic and they went to a party wherein it was surrounded by the third class people and for the first time Rose feel happy ,enjoying the vibes and something unforgettable happened to them. Rose fiance figured out the real score of Jack and Rose, he got angry and trying to trapped Jack by putting the diamond on his pocket. Jack was imprisoned before the shipwrecks. During the shipwrecks Rose has been thinking about jack and in between to who should she chose, her fiance or Jack but in ending Rose chose Jack and went to the imprisoned room and skip together.
The immediate cause of RMS Titanic’s demise was a collision with an iceberg that caused the ocean liner to sink. Wherein half of the passengers died one of them was Jack from hypothermia upon saving Rose. The story of rose and jack ended and the tragic happened to titanic cause traumatic to the people.
The Titanic movie is really an amazing movie ever to me because there a lot of messages and realization you will get from the movie and also the story of Rose and Jack is also happening to the real life but of course the shipwrecks and Titanic was based on the real story. This titanic movie is dedicated to the passengers of Titanic most especially who had died. This movie might not the best of the best but It gives us moral lesson about judgements and freedoms.
